• Employers: Venue name, venue type, address, phone number, website, manager name, email address, and password.
• Candidates: First name, last name, phone number, email address, work type preference, experience level, and password.
• Payment information: We do not store credit card numbers. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., which maintains its own privacy policy.

Information collected automatically:

• IP address and approximate geographic location.
• Browser type and version, operating system.
• Pages visited, time spent on pages, referring URLs.
• Device identifiers and usage data.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Create and manage your account on the Platform.
• Facilitate connections between Employers and Candidates.
• Process payments for job postings.
• Send transactional emails related to your account activity.
• Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
• Improve, personalize, and expand our Platform.
• Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve user experience.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security breaches, and other harmful activity.

• Between Employers and Candidates: When a Candidate applies to a job, their application information is shared with the posting Employer for hiring evaluation purposes only.
• Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Platform, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database hosting), and DigitalOcean (server infrastructure). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of EA Services Group LLC, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
